Hi Reader,

I hope you've had a fab weekend!

I went to see Harry Styles in concert and am still buzzing from all the good feels and energy.

I have to say that this heightened sense of optimism and positivity has been a big presence in my life since turning 50 (even more than usual).

I don't know how to explain it.

But I have had this overwhelming feeling that everything in my life up to now has just been a dress rehearsal for what is about to come.

Like my life - as it's meant to be - is just about to start!

And that's saying something because my life so far has been more than I could have ever dreamed of.

🚀 I feel like some weight I was unaware of has been lifted

🚀 Like I suddenly have permission to pursue anything

🚀 That this is now my time

And even more than that

That any hints of meno-"pause" are signs (sometimes hot ones 🔥🔥🔥) to not pause but instead press play!

My body is literally telling me to BRING THE HEAT 🤣🔥🚀

I have a new level of excitement about my life and my business. And, I'm not sure what's to come but I can feel in my bones that I'm about to shock myself with everything I was holding back.

I share this with you because I think this mindset shift is powerful.

What if .....

Everything that has happened in your life, 'til now, has just been a dress rehearsal for what's about to come?

What if ....

You decided to give yourself total permission to pursue all of your dreams with no fear or limits

What if ....

Everything you have been pressing pause on you can now choose to press play or even fast forward

What if????
